Client Brief
To deliver a youthful and contemporary Sport Presentation programme that reflected the brand of the HSBC Sevens Tournament in London, with a focus on crowd engagement and headline performances.
Our Response
Working closely with the England Rugby brand team, an energetic and entertaining programme of crowd interactive segments, screen content and headline performances were delivered to celebrate the return of the series to Twickenham Stadium since 2019.
A presentation stage was built into the seating bay to create a central location for match day hosts, as well as serve as the performance area for headline performers Sigma and MistaJam, dressed in bold branding, and enhanced with localised SFX and Lighting.
Delivery of The National Lottery Showdown segments, to support commercial partners, was a successful tool used during half-time breaks to challenge fans to physical / skills / musical / dance challenges for their chance to win marquee prizes.
The West Fan Village festival stage was activated to provide a full weekend of programming, with crowd interactive games and headline performances being replicated for the fans in the village.
