Client Brief
To deliver a Sport Presentation programme that championed Women’s Elite Rugby across the country, as part of the longer term audience development strategy for Women’s Rugby Union in England.

Our Response
We worked alongside venue teams at both regional venues to incorporate a high standard of Sport Presentation technical overlay, providing consistency in technical delivery on site, including vision and audio operation and playback, as well as RF cameras.
Match protocol was designed to look and feel like Twickenham events, using large Country banners, Guard of Honour, and Tournament banners on pitch. Our presentation team of hosts and announcers found the right balance between entertaining the fans, engaging those who were knowledgeable in Rugby Union, and introducing the sport to the fans new to the sport; all with the end goal of inspiring young girls to take up grassroots Rugby Union in their community, as well as growing the audience ahead of the 2025 Women’s World Cup in England.
For pre-match and half-time, we had DJ performances with accompanying local vocalists who created a fun party-like atmosphere in the stadium.
Kingsholm Stadium had an attendance figure of 14,689 and Welford Road Stadium had 15,836, both records for a standalone Red Roses home fixture in England.
